  3. The beauty of longing for lost things is how it keeps us searching for a way that does not exist. In the process we create some things new. For me this is a large part of why I attempt art – trying to return to a past that no longer exists except in my imagination, thus in my artwork.

  4. In away, it reminds me of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. I lived there on and off as a child. So you’ve jogged my memories as well. Thank. 🙂
